Non-Cyanide Zinc

Non-cyanide Zinc plating systems are employed for rack plated items owing to their uniform thickness compared to conventional cyanide or chloride Zinc process, thus avoiding treatment of cyanide waste. The disadvantages of non-cyanide systems are twofold: a) limited high current density range, and b) low cathode and anode efficiency.
