Ginplate Ni 625

It’s a high phosphorous Electroless Nickel system that provides uniform semi-bright deposit Ni-P alloy.

Characteristics:

• It offers a higher & consistent plating speed of 7 – 10 mm/hr with consistent and uniform distribution of phosphorous content 10 to12 wt%
• Excellent corrosion resistance (1000+ NSST; >25 µm Thick coating)
• Improved hardness (>450 HV as plated and 900+ HV @400 for an hr)

• No residual internal stress and hence good ductility
