Ginplate NI TF 911 Description It’s a high phosphorous EN/PTFE composite coating process that provides a uniform semi-bright deposit of Ni-P- alloy/micro-PTFE composite coating. Characteristics: Uniform and consistent P-content of 9 – 11% by weight Uniform distribution of sub-micron PTFE particle 15 – 20% by volume in Ni-P alloy matrix Free from intentionally added Heavy metals, a RoHS process Excellent corrosion resistance with a suitable undercoat Good Lubricity and Wear Resistance Non-magnetic Deposit Good adhesion on a variety of base materials and an undercoat of EN or Nickel Easy to use with three makeup parts (A, B, & E) and three replenisher parts (A, C, & E) Growel advantage: Unique combination of stabilizers and complexers chemistry provides a very good bath life of 3 - 5 MTO (Replenishment cycle) Uniform rate of deposition throughout the bath life Evenly distributed PTFE particles throughout the thickness in the amorphous Ni-P alloy matrix provide consistent performance throughout its wear life. Low coefficient of friction (maximum 0.2) It can provide lubricity to the parts exposed to solvents, working in cryogenic temperatures, or operating in environments where conventional lubricants cannot be applied. Applications Dry Lubrication for rifle bolt, Defense equipment, Pump rotors, Food processing equipment, Heating elements Valve and spray nozzles get a quote
