GRODAL Core 40

It is an amber coloured water emulsifiable rust preventive oil.

Application : Designed to provide a protective coating against corrosion on the ferrous and nonferrous metals. It also provides superior protective coating against corrosion on phosphated parts.

The Growel Advantage :

  • It provides very extended salt spray resistance for zinc and manganese phosphatized parts.
  • It provides a salt spray resistance higher than 60 hrs to parts that have previously been coated with zinc or manganese
  • For the ferrous and nonferrous metals if the 10% concentration is used it gives 24 hrs salt spray life.
  • It is soluble in water so that the consumption will be lower.
  • The emulsion remains stable even at high temperature.
  • It wets the parts all over their surface.
  • It can be easily removed by means of solvent or alkaline cleaners.
  • It does not require heating during down time
